My Journey Begins
I've been doing hair since I was eight years old. What started as a childhood passion grew into a 26-year career built on one belief: healthy hair is a lifestyle, not just a look. But it wasn't until 2016 — when I made the decision to transition to a vegan lifestyle — that everything changed.
As I cleaned up what I was putting into my body, I started asking harder questions about what I was putting on my clients' hair. The more I researched, the more I realized that so many conventional products were filled with harsh chemicals that were doing more harm than good. I knew there had to be a better way.
Born in the Kitchen
So I started experimenting. My kitchen became my lab. I researched plant-derived ingredients, studied their properties, and began formulating products that were gentle, effective, and rooted in nature. It wasn't always perfect — there were plenty of batches that didn't make the cut! But I was driven by a purpose bigger than myself.
Eventually, I partnered with a licensed cosmetic chemist to refine my formulas and make sure every product met the highest standards of safety and efficacy. What started as a personal conviction became a professional mission.
Opening the Salon
In 2020, I opened my salon — a space where clients don't just get their hair done, they get educated. I believe that when you understand why your hair and scalp need certain care, you're empowered to make better choices every day, not just when you're sitting in my chair.
